A good anime series to watch.?

Me and my girlfriend have started to really get into anime. We both really enjoy One Piece, Naruto, Death Note and are in FMA right now. I also enjoy Ergo Proxey, Samuri Champloo, and Afro Samuri. Any idea's for other series we would like?
