What is the most optimal temp. for a betta, an apple snail, and a grow-a-frog?

The setup is this: 2 african clawed dwarf frogs and a betta separated by a plexigl cage divider I am going to purchase a heater but need to know the perfect temp. for each. I have been seeing that the frogs need between 65-72F and the bettas need 76-86F. has anyone out there tried this? they are in a 10 gallon tank with an apple snail (I do not know the optimal temp. for this). Anyways I need help so, thanks alot! :)
