I feel weak and hot and I have a splitting headache that is going down my neck. What's wrong?

I have been to the er with an allergic reaction to medicine and they put me on prednisone I can't take it because I need to take it with food but I haven't eaten since I've been to the er which was Tuesday night. I took the pill yesterday but today I feel hot, weak, and I have a sensitive to light even from the tv, also I feel like I am going to vomit but I haven't. I was told to take medicine, and I have a whole bottlenof benedeyl in me as well as pebto bismo Zantac and migrine medicine. I have tried to eat burning have zero appetite. When I was in the er they gave me 7 IV which had different medicine including predisone, I have had an awful stomch ache for 3 days now and all the doctor told me to Sonia continue to take the pebto bismo, which is obviously still making me sick. What is wrong with me???? I also am falling asleep all the time , last night I slept for 14 hours and woke up exhausted. Please help
