My sister hurts me and I dont tell what do I do?

im 12 and my sister is 8 about to turn 9 and when ever my sister gets mad she takes it out on me and my brothers to but i just dnt touch her back then when parents r home i tell them and get her in tourble about what she did i just lock myself in my room
