I'm trying to use azureus Vuse to download torrent for the first time but i can't seem to find any peers?

It says that my TCP IP port is probobly closed in one of the test help things but i cant find out how to open it. Azureus is allowed in my firewalll so i dont get why its not working anyone with some knowledge please help thanks
