Trying to trace a relative?

Does anyone know the whereabouts of a woman named Morna Sheila Turnbull?This woman will be in her mid seveenties..She originates from Edinburgh(Torrance Park Gardens)She is not there now and I don't know where she might be,but it could be Chester.This woman is my birth mother,and I need to find her urgently.I am male aged 48..Please only respond if I can e mail you back.
