I purchased two puppies believing they were full breed putt bulls??

They definitely look like Rottie mix puppies, and if either of the parents has the rottie in them, it looks like the dad. But it may just be that the Black and Tan coloration turned out in them. Best way to find out would be to get a DNA test, however, there is little to no facilities that cover the APBT.
