How can my 16 year old son prove his age?

He is 16 years old but he is quite small in build and therefore doesn't always look his age. I know there are identity cards he can subscribe to/purchase that he can use to prove his age but I can't ttrace them. Can anyone send me a link to organisations that provide nationally recognised Identification and proof of age cards for the UK?
