I think Erik Morales would have beaten Marquez. Chris John toyed with Marquez and beat him even though Chris John is the naturally smaller fighter. I think Erik Morales would have outbox Marquez. Erik Morales was the only fighter to ever beat Pacquaio convincingly since Pacquaio fought from Featherweight above. A lot of people don't understand the type of skills Erik Morales had.
