What makes a CEO of big corporations think they are qualified to run an entire state?

I'm not familiar with CA politics, but is Arnie really doing a service to his state? Could Ms. Whitman possibly have a better plan? I don't have a vote in this situation, and it is you that must make the choice. Do the research and then vote accordingly.
