What happens if a kid WILL NOT GO to school?

The issue here isn't that the kid won't go to school. There has to be something causing it. Going to the root of the problema nd working from there is the best bet. What is stopping the kid from wanting to go to school, is it bullies, social exclusion, an authority issue, do they feel out of place, do they have a learning difficulty. Go fromt here.
