Very scared and nervous budgie ?x help appreciated x?

yesterday he was very quiet and kept on closing his eyes and seemed very scared of something in the room... the contense is two sofas rug and telly ( not including things like phones and biscuits hehee x ) Anywayy, he kept on screaming and scwarking ( sorry for the bad spellingg mistake, and by squaking i mean he was honestly so scared and i know he wasnt chirping happily coz i no the difference )x last night he was screaming so we gave him a night light and he was oki but today he's moving around normally but we cant go near him coz he just flaps nervously and when we talk to him we have to be very slow because hes that scared . he's always been happy and has always loved us but now its like he dosent know us x we havent done anything diferent xx help plea\se <3 xx
