Just found out I'm pregnant!?

The problem is: last week I went to the doctor for a Thyroid Panel and she said my thyroid is "enlarged" so I might have Hypothyroidism, so she ordered a Thyroid Panel of blood tests and the results aren't in yet, so I'm worried that if I DO have it, and I don't get medication, I might have a miscarriage. Can someone help me out here? What's likely to happen? I'm just very nervous after reading online that untreated thyroid disorders cause m/c's and I did have a m/c in April 6 months ago, now I think it's b/c of the Thyroid. Do you think so? HELP!
