Is there a time to let go , or is life worth fighting for ?

There are multitudes of people waiting for transplants . Their ages range from babies to young adults , even older generation . Do you believe that it is selfish to hope for a transplant, and that perhaps it is time to let go of life even if you are not ready , and wish to live ? Or should a person try ?
