How to line up a putt while wearing thick gles?

Since I got my latest prescription gles, I cannot line up and make a putt to save my life! If it weren't for the high index plastics (polymers or whatever they are these days) they would be like Coke bottle bottoms as they are in the 20/400 + range. I just cannot seem to judge the breaks or distances as well as I used to. Does anyone have any tips (short of surgery)?
