Does a degree clification a person gets, correlates with the amount of effort you put in the study?

Different degrees require different work. Business degrees use lots of math whereas humanities require lots of reading, thinking, writing, etc. That is sometimes the major difference between bachelor of arts degrees and bachelor of science degrees. Is that what you meant by clification?
